The Dining Room Management application within Visual Community Kiosk Plus provides you with a complete set of tools used for managing multiple dining room locations, menus, reservations, and special occasions.


Product Information

The Dining Room Management software allows you to create a unique dining reservation management system for your community. In addition to creating standard reservations, you can create special dining events. Some features of Dining Room Management include:

Create Multiple Dining Locations with descriptions and other information.

Create and display Menus for each location and meal. Display pictures of meals, dining times, prices and information about special occassions.

Schedule reservations based on a calendar or special dates. Enter descriptions, maximum attendance, menu types, and more.

Allow residents to Reserve a table at any available Dining Room with Visual Community Kiosk Plus. A calendar is presented in an easy to read and easy to use touch screen system allowing residents to select a reservation date and time. Staff members can easily enter reservations on behalf of the residents.

Manage dining staff time by tracking reservation reports and history.

Print Reports and track reservations as well as history. Print reservation confirmation sheets. Print lists to use for accounting and billing.
