Activities Management Tool

The Activities Management application within Visual Community Kiosk Plus provides you with a complete set of tools used for managing activities, on campus events, off campus events, special occasions, transportation, signup and wait lists, scheduling, and more.


Product Information

The Activities Management software allows you create a calendar of activities and events for your community. In addition to creating specific events, you can categorize each. Some features of Activities Management include:

Categorize your activities and events to help you present and track On Campus, Off Campus, Shopping Trips, Classes, and any other activity type you need.

Schedule events and activities and track signups to specific events. Enter descriptions, maximum attendance, schedule types, and more.

Allow residents to Sign Up for activities and events with Visual Community Kiosk Plus. Present your events in an easy to read and easy to use touch screen system. Allow staff members to enter signups on behalf of the residents.

Manage Wait Lists for activities and events that are full.

Print Reports and track current activities and events as well as history. Print event confirmation sheets. Print lists to use for accounting and billing.

Hand-held devices can be used to check attendee names and counts. Important information such as special requests can be checked at the time of event. Staff can take attendance and report discrepancies.
